In 2022, Marcus Rivera and Jade Thompson kept running into the same problem: bar crawls that felt like cattle drives — overpriced wristbands, disengaged guides, and tourist-trap venues that had nothing to do with the actual city. They knew it could be done better.
So they started from scratch. They spent a year on the ground — visiting hundreds of bars, talking to local bartenders, and recruiting people who genuinely loved their cities. They built a host training program, a safety framework, and a platform designed to make every crawl feel like it was planned by a local friend.
Now, after three years of building, Bar Crawl Experiences is preparing to launch in 50+ cities across the US in 2026. Not as a side project — as the most intentional, community-driven bar crawl company ever built.
